Annual State Assessment 

Students in grades 3-8 are required to take annual state assessments in English Language Arts and Math. Students in 5th and 8th grade are also required to take an annual science assessment.

 

MRA, as a thematic, project based school, aligns their curriculum to Oregon state standards. These assessments provide valuable data to examine growth over time and to assess how well we are doing in helping our students meet state standards through our curriculum. The data helps us determine where we need to adjust to ensure our students are receiving a rigorous educational experience that will prepare them for high school success and beyond.
