This week the Huckleberry classes were introduced to the design process through our makerspace activity. The upper grades are going into deeper detail with Mr. Mahr as they follow these design principles to solve some real world problems.

The Huckleberry classes focused on the dangers facing many animals during migration. We discussed ways in which we can help protect these animals on their long journeys. They were given different materials to come up with a possible solution. I will be posting some of their prototypes next week so stayed tuned.
