Before Care Hours

​

Monday through Friday, 7:00am-7:45am. MRA will charge for Before Care services from 7:00am-7:30am.

If school has a two hour late start then Before Care will run from 9:00am-9:45am and families will incur charges from 9am-9:30am.

After Care Hours

​

Monday through Thursday, 3:20pm-5:30pm. MRA will charge for After Care services from 3:30pm-5:30pm.

Friday, After Care runs from 11:45am-5:30pm. MRA will charge for Friday from 12pm-5:30pm. If you plan to have your student(s) attend After Care on Fridays, pack snacks and a lunch. MRA WILL NOT be providing lunch on Fridays.

Families are not charged from 7:30-8:00 a.m. and 3:00 - 3:30 p.m.

Other important information:

 

Before Care and After Care hours are incurred monthly and computed together per student.

​

MRA DOES NOT guarantee we will have snacks for AC students. Pack snacks if your student is to attend Aftercare. Again, pack lunch for Fridays if your student is to stay at aftercare for pickup after 11am or later. 

​

All students not picked up by 3:20 in the pick up lines will be sent to After Care. Please park and pick up your student from AC after that time. 

​

MRA staff have the right to ask to see your Driver's license if they do not recognize you as someone that is approved to pick up your student. This includes anyone else sent to pick up your student that is not recognized. 

​

MRA staff have the right to ask you or anyone else coming to pick up your student to bring and/or show your pick up placard given out the first few weeks of school.

​

MRA staff have the right to call parents and verify who is picking up their student if they are not notified ahead of time that the student is to go home with someone other than the parent or their ‘normal’ carpool ride.

MRA bills for BC and AC on a monthly basis. All invoices are sent out by the 5th of the following month for payment. Students will not be able to attend BC and/or AC if invoices for prior months are not up to date.

Student behavior expectations for AC/BC are the same as those in MRA classrooms and on MRA grounds. Students that cannot behave appropriately in BC/AC will be removed from BC/AC and not allowed to return until they show that they can act appropriately.

Cost

 

MRA will total the hours monthly for Before and After Care and combine the hours per student. Invoices will be billed out in the following way: 

 

30 minutes - 4.5 hours Total monthly time in BC/AC $25.00

 

4.51 hours - 9.5 hours Total Monthly time in BC/AC $75.00

 

9.51 hours - 14.5 hours Total Monthly time in BC/AC $125.00

 

14.51 hours - 19.5 hours Total Monthly time in BC/AC $175.00

 

19.51 hours- 24.5 hours Total Monthly time in BC/AC $225.00

 

24.51 hours - 29.5 hours Total Monthly time in BC/AC $275.00

 

29.51 hours +  Total Monthly time in BC/AC $325.00
 

There is a 10% discount for two or more students enrolled in BC/AC

 

Families are not charged from 7:30-8:00 a.m. and 3:00 - 3:30 p.m.
