Molalla River Academy Charter School is seeking 3 teaching associates interested in joining our inclusive and community focused scholastic environment. Two associates will be part of our K-6 grade classrooms, and one will assist in our 7th and 8th grade classrooms for the 2021-2022 school year. 

 

Hours:  Not to exceed 39 hours per week

 

Rate of Pay:  $15.00/hr

Required:

  • High school diploma; associate degree preferred

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in an educational setting

  • Is pursuing or has an interest in pursuing a career in education

  • Is organized and able to be a self-starter but also can work collaboratively with classroom teachers

  • Is professional in communicating with others including staff and parents of students  

  • Is flexible and contributes to goals with enthusiasm  

  • Works well with others  

  • Is capable of leading/guiding math and English language arts small groups

Molalla River Academy Charter School is seeking a long term substitute Elementary teacher starting immediately for a 4th grade classroom. MRA is an arts and science K-8 charter school that provides students with an exceptional and unique educational experience. MRA offers specialized teaching utilizing thematic curriculum and project based learning with high standards for academic achievement. Applicants must have a current Oregon Teaching Certificate and must be highly qualified to teach Elementary Students.

 

Hours:  40hrs/wk

 

Rate of Pay:  $24.00/hr

•Takes direction well.
•Is professional in communicating with others including staff and parents.
